To help prevent illness, this plan can also pay you an annual cash benefit when you complete a covered wellness screening test.

Accident insurance pays a benefit directly to you if you have a covered non-work place injury and need treatment. You can get coverage for your spouse and dependents, too. As medical costs continue to rise, accident insurance provides a necessary layer of financial protection. The plan also has an annual cash benefit when you complete a covered wellness screening.
